Office Manager/Executive Assistant

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and ambitious Executive Assistant/Office Manager with relevant experience to join a growing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of the day-to-day running of the business including organising orders and shipments. 

  • Bookkeeping, accounting and all related admin, VAT, payroll, invoicing, etc.

  • HR Support – coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding new starters, etc.

  • Ad hoc operation and admin work to assist Operations team (i.e. diary management).

  • Potential for social media/website upkeep responsibilities and client relations work.

Ideally you would have a background in an early-stage fast growth company or can demonstrate relevant experience and ambition to manage one. You will help management on all aspects of day-to-day operation functions, including admin, finance, HR and ad-hoc tasks. 

Highly organized personality trait and project management experience are a must. The individual must be comfortable working and communicating with engineering teams.
