Cyclone
ALP Cyclones were designed to be able to be easily disassembled and washed. It is possible to replace the main parts in less than a minute thanks to the tri-clamp connections.
A cyclonic separation is a method of removing particulates from an air, gas or liquid stream, without the use of filters, through vortex separation. When removing particulate matter from liquid, a hydro-cyclone is used; while from gas, a gas cyclone is used. Rotational effects and gravity are used to separate mixtures of solids and fluids. The method can also be used to separate fine droplets of liquid from a gaseous stream.
Alp- technologies produce a variety of cyclones for different applications.
Each cyclone is designed to be connected to the web. All versions includes a core module to get information while in operation.
IoT Modules
Alp modules were specifically designed for our line of products, with a particular focus on performance metrics. We believe that measuring is the key to progress.
How does it work?
Each mini module mSense has its own set of sensors and streams the information using BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), this allows each sensor module to last for years without charging.
All the streamed data is collected by the Core module that immediately re-streams that data through WiFi, 4G or 5G to the web. The main module A is also equipped with a set of sensors.
Heat Exchanger
ALP heat exchanger was designed to fulfil the needs of a wide range of applications. Its size allows it to be easily transported by only one person.
It is possible to connect as many heat exchangers as needed utilizing standard 6" clamps.
